General
Postage costs are calculated on the total value of your order and this cost will be shown when you go to Checkout.
Orders will typically be dispatched within 7 days of receipt, however this may take longer if items are out of stock or during very busy periods. We will post a message on your account if we foresee any delays.
Currently we only deliver within the UK.

RETURNS POLICY

At Garner's Home Hardware we hope that you will be delighted with every purchase. However, if you wish to return a product, we will refund or exchange goods within 8 days of receipt as long as they are in a saleable condition and in the original undamaged packaging.
Please contact us as soon as possible within 8 days of receipt stating that the goods are no longer wanted and we will refund the cost of the product on receipt of the goods at our premises.
Of course you can return or exchange goods at our shop at The Strand in Exmouth, please remember to bring your dispatch note that you received with the goods. The product must be returned in a fully saleable condition otherwise any replacement or refund will be at the discretion of the Management.
Faulty Goods
If you are returning a product because it has arrived damaged or defective or because of an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace or exchange the goods at our expense.
